Security tools tell you that something is wrong. Teams still lose hours working out what a CVE means, whether it affects them, and what the vendor-recommended fix is. Sentrivox AI does that research for you, inside the platform you already use.
Answers are grounded in public security sources such as NVD, CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities, EPSS, Microsoft security updates and MITRE, plus compliance control catalogues and Sentrivox cloud security rules. When the sources do not contain an answer, the assistant says so instead of guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which plans include Sentrivox AI?
CoreShield does not include AI. ShieldPro includes basic AI: the security assistant, Explain issue and Possible fix. ShieldBusiness adds extended AI on your own findings, assets and cloud, plus AI issue notifications. OmniShield offers customised AI. AI is currently in early access.
Is my data used to train the AI?
No. Customer data is never used to train or tune a model. It reaches the model only at the moment of a request, scoped to your organisation and your permissions.
Where does the AI run?
On Google Gemini models through Vertex AI, inside Sentrivox's own Google Cloud environment. We do not send data to any other AI provider.
Can the AI change my systems?
No. Sentrivox AI explains, recommends and notifies. It does not run fixes or change your infrastructure. You apply any fix through your own change process.
Can it be wrong?
Yes, like any AI. Every answer shows its sources and carries an "AI-generated, verify before applying" notice, and the assistant says when it cannot find an answer. It does not replace a security engineer or an auditor.
Will it write exploit code?
No. It refuses requests for working exploits or instructions to attack systems.
